Entangled Skulls Relief Wall Sculpture

Memento mori in dark grey. The central skull is turned slightly to one side, jaw open and eye sockets empty, while sinewy strands coil around it and link it to four smaller skulls in the lower half. The background is cracked like dried earth or old plaster, and the edges of the slab are rough and broken. The web of strands is partly openwork, leaving dark gaps between them, so the relief gains depth even in soft light.
