Car parts with 3D printing

Send a drawing or the part

Cars age faster than manufacturers' spare part stocks: plastic brackets, clips and panels have long been discontinued. With 3D printing in ABS or ASA we restore these parts — we measure/scan the original, model a copy and print it in a material that resists cabin heat and outdoor UV.

Parts we commonly make: clips and brackets, buttons and knobs, decorative trims, radio and sensor adapters, screw caps.

Do you print parts under the hood (engine bay)?

Under the hood temperatures exceed 90–100 °C — there we work with ASA and limit the applications, or recommend another technology. We discuss each case individually.

Can I send just photos of the part?

For a simple part — yes, but without measurements the risk of a mismatch is high. Best: dimensions too (width/height/length, hole diameters) or the part itself for scanning.
