Spare parts the manufacturer no longer sells: brackets, gears, handles, housings. We measure/scan, model and print a copy in a suitable material.
3D printed spare parts
Order custom workAppliances age faster than their manufacturers — and at some point the part stops being sold. That is when 3D printing is the most sensible solution: we measure the worn part (or scan it), model a copy with the needed changes and print it in a material that survives the job.
Examples from practice: gears for kitchen appliances, brackets and mounts, handles and knobs, device housings, TPU seals, parts for children's toys and bicycles.
Process: send a photo + dimensions or the part itself → a quote → printing → delivery. For series of 5+ parts we offer a discount.
Will the spare part last as long as the original?
It depends on the original's material. With strong PETG/ABS and correct layer orientation it is often equal or stronger — we design around the original's weak spot.
Do I need to send the part itself?
For complex geometry — yes, we scan it. For simple parts (a flat bracket, a bushing) good photos with a ruler are enough.
