Voronoi Maltese Dog Sculpture

Gentle, affectionate and a little vain – the Maltese was born to be the centre of attention. In this sculpture she stands upright, turned slightly to the side, with fluffy drooping ears, a short rounded muzzle and a tail arched over her back. Every part of the body is woven from Voronoi cells, with only the solid black eyes and nose standing out as expressive points in the lattice.

The structure lets light through and casts a play of shadows that shifts throughout the day – on a bedside table, bookcase or desk it is a delicate, almost jewellery-like decoration. It is made in white; if you prefer a pastel or another shade, feel free to place an order in a different colour.
