The borzoi is the very image of nobility – once a companion of royal hunts, today a calm and gentle house dog. This statuette shows her sitting upright, her long narrow muzzle facing straight ahead, with a rich wavy coat flowing down the neck, chest and hindquarters. The feathered tail rests in a curve beside the paws.
