Ornate Black Baroque Skull Mask

Memento mori – remember that you are mortal – is an idea baroque artists adored. This mask turns it into an accessory: a skull with deep eye sockets, a nasal opening and an upper jaw with a row of teeth, its entire surface covered in graceful raised scrolls as if engraved by a jeweller.

The mask is black, as you see it in the photo on a wooden stand. It covers the forehead, eyes, nose and upper lip, leaving the lower face free. It is 3D printed in Stara Zagora. Ideal for Halloween, the Day of the Dead, a gothic masquerade or a rock party, and on a stand or a wall it becomes stylish decor.
