Eternal Scream Skull and Rose Relief Sculpture

Death and beauty in a single frame. The skull is frozen in an endless scream – the lower jaw drops so wide that the mouth becomes a dark abyss. A crack runs across the crown and temple, and arcs curve behind the head like a moon or halo. In the lower left corner a rose blooms with a few leaves – a soft, living detail against hard bone. In low light the teeth and cheekbones stand out while the open mouth sinks into deep shadow.
