Baroque Scarab Beetle Mask

Inspired by the sacred Egyptian scarab, this mask looks like a bronze artefact from a pharaoh's tomb. A small carved beetle sits at the very top, slender curved horns rise at the sides, and the whole surface is covered in baroque spirals and geometric symbols. At the bottom the mask ends in sharp curved mandibles, just like a beetle's. It covers the whole face, and the dark finish with a bronze sheen gives it a noble, slightly mysterious presence.
