Terms and Conditions

I. General provisions

These general terms govern the relationship between 3D Kod Ltd, company ID 208728073, registered office: 16 Zagorka St., Stara Zagora, Bulgaria (the "Seller") and the users of the website https://3dfigurki.bg (the "Buyers") when ordering 3D printing products and services.

II. Products and orders

1. The Seller offers: ready-made 3D products (shop), printing from a customer-supplied 3D file, figurines made from photos, and 3D scanning (custom work).

2. An order is accepted when "Complete order" is pressed and confirmed by email. Custom work is accepted after the scope, material, lead time and price are agreed.

3. All prices are in euro (EUR) with 20% VAT included.

III. Payment and delivery

4. Payment: by debit/credit card via Stripe, by bank transfer, or cash on delivery by prior agreement. 5. Delivery: by Econt courier to an address or an office. Lead times are stated on the relevant page and in the confirmation.

IV. Right of withdrawal and complaints

6. For standard products the Buyer may withdraw without reason within 14 days of receipt (Art. 50 CPA). 7. Items made to individual order (from a photo, file or scan) cannot be returned under Art. 50(3)(3) CPA. 8. Complaints are handled under the CPA and the "Returns and complaints" page.

V. Personal data

9. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy in line with the Bulgarian Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

VI. Intellectual property

10. When printing a customer's file, the Buyer declares they hold the rights to the model. The Seller does not reproduce or pass files to third parties. 11. Product models, photos and texts on the site are the property of the Seller.

VII. Disputes

12. Disputes are resolved by agreement or before the competent court in Stara Zagora. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
