Returns and complaints

Standard products — 14 days to return

Ready-made products from the shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We refund the amount within 14 days via the original payment method. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective.

Custom-made items

Figurines from photos, prints from your files and scanned copies are made to your individual order and are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 50(3) CPA). You can cancel the order free of charge only before production starts.

Complaints

For a defective or damaged product, a mismatch with the description or a production error, email office@3dfigurki.bg with the order number and photos — within 2 years of purchase. We replace, repair or refund the item — at the customer's choice, in line with Art. 112–120 CPA. We respond to all requests within 7 business days.
