What data we process and why:

• Orders and invoices — name/company, email, phone, address: contract performance and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Retention: 10 years under the Accounting Act.
• Customer account — email, password (hashed), preferences: contract performance, until the account is deleted.
• Courier data — we pass to Econt the minimum needed for delivery.
• Marketing (newsletter) — email: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); unsubscribe with one click in every email.
• Logs and security — IP address on sign-in and important actions: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); retained up to 1 year.

We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes. We process data in the EU; when using the Stripe payment processor and the hosting platform, data is transferred under processing agreements.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and a complaint to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (https://kzld.bg). For erasure or a copy of your data, email office@3dfigurki.bg or use the "Personal data and security" section of your account.
