Ready-made products ship within 3 business days. A figurine from photos — 7–14 business days. File printing — usually 3–5 business days after payment.
What does delivery cost?
Econt delivery to an office or address — the price is shown at checkout based on weight. Orders over €100 ship free.
Can I pay by card?
Yes — Visa and Mastercard via the secure Stripe platform. We also accept bank transfer and cash on delivery by prior agreement.
Can I return a product?
Ready-made shop products — yes, within 14 days without a reason. Personalized items (from a photo, file or scan) are non-returnable but are covered by the complaint procedure in case of a defect.
What file should I send for printing?
STL or 3MF. If you are not sure the model is printable — send it over; we check it for free and tell you what to fix.
Do you print single pieces?
Yes, there is no minimum quantity — we print from a single piece to discounted series.
Do you offer painting?
Yes, hand painting with acrylics as an option — an add-on for photo figurines and decorative items.
How do I pick the best material for my part?
Tell us what the part is for — we recommend a material and can quote two options if there is any doubt.
