Delivery and payment

Delivery

We ship with Econt to an office or to an address. Delivery takes 1–3 business days after the order is dispatched. Standard products ship within 3 business days; custom work follows the lead time agreed in the confirmation.

The delivery price is shown live at checkout — based on weight and address. Orders over €100 ship free.

Payment

• Card — Visa and Mastercard, secure payment via Stripe. All prices are in euro with VAT included.
• Bank transfer — against a proforma invoice; the order ships once the transfer arrives.
• Cash on delivery — with an extra fee per the Econt tariff, agreed at checkout.

Invoice

We issue an invoice for every order; if you need a VAT invoice for a company, enter the company details at checkout or email office@3dfigurki.bg.
