Custom Order Terms

1. Scope. These terms apply to printing from a file, figurines from photos and 3D scanning. The site's general terms also apply to custom work.

2. Price and lead time. The price depends on volume, material, infill, print quality and post-processing. You receive a concrete quote by email before paying. The standard lead time is 3–10 business days depending on complexity and is stated in every quote.

3. Files. We accept STL and 3MF. We check the model and contact you if there are problems (hollows, thin walls, invalid geometry). We never re-quote without your confirmation.

4. Pay before production. Custom work starts after payment or a confirmed cash-on-delivery. Until production starts you can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund.

5. Cancellation after start. Individually made items are non-returnable (Art. 50(3) CPA) because they cannot be sold to another customer. Objective defects follow the complaint procedure.

6. Copyright. When printing your file you declare that you hold the rights to the model. Your file and the copies made from it are not sold or displayed publicly without your permission.
